Here is a summary of how my weekend went. While I was doing an open house on Sunday a woman walk into the home, alone. She walked through the house fast and quite abruptly. When she left, I don't even think I got an acknowledgment - it was kind of like I pissed her off because I took her out of her car dragged her into the home and made her look at the home. This morning while I was on my way to my office, I got a phone call from a seller that just wanted to pick my brain. She feels like she is being duped by a Realtor and needs some advice. She asks: I have a listing agreement with a broker. The listing is set to expire before the end of this year and the agency has had my listing for almost a year. I got an email from a seller this past week asking me if she could FIRE her real estate agent. We went back and forth a few times via email and the final results would be - no, you unfortunately can not fire your agent. Here is the synopsis of the scenario.
