buyers market: The Deals Will Just Have To Get Better! - 11/11/10 03:53 AM
Real Estate is on SALE!  Its been on sale for a few years now!  However, the deals need to get even BETTER!  Why?  Buyers are still sitting on the fence. They want to feel good about their purchase and the ones not buying aren't going to feel good unless the DEALS GET BETTER!
I know all the sellers reading this probably are screaming blasphemy. Believe me I would love for you to get the price you want!  However, we are entering a time in the market where the basic economics of supply and demand step in and lead us down the path … (2 comments)

As new buyers come into the market its important to know that in the Twins Cities Area in Minnesota the new listings and homes reduced to the right price will sell fast once they are priced to get attention.
Knowing this you will want to be pre approved for a mortgage when you are ready to move because not doing so could keep you from ever getting that great deal.
