We are still stuck in the winter in Minnesota, but Spring is close by. Homes seem to go up in price in the Spring. Right now is a good time to get a house before the extra rush of home buyers come out and compete for the homes.

Its cold and icy in Minnesota today, but that does not mean its not a good time of the year to look for a home. A lot of sellers in Minnesota would love to sell there home by the end of the year! So if your considering buying. Don't give up now. In fact step it up and get yourself a really nice gift for the holidays - A NEW HOME!
Think about...what could better then having a nice new place of your own as a gift to yourself! A house is a HOME because its a place to live! … (2 comments)
