Every couple of years our team gathers for that all so important new team photo! Yesterday was our day and we had planned on going to the back yard of one of my listings that had a park like setting. It had been decided. 12:30 new head shots, 1:30 team photo. Well the thunderstorm that rolled in put a stop to that! That's okay, when it rains...we adjust! Last week-end we ran in the Turkey Trot. A 5K run Thanksgiving morning. It was great, very enjoyable and I ran into many high school friends while in town for the holiday. (Ann Arbor). Today we ran the Jingle Bell Run. 5K here in Johnson City TN, put on by East Tennessee State University (ETSU) supporting the ESTU athletes and scholarships. Both runs were just a blast and such a great way to celebrate the season. Especially with all the sweets and treats out there. Just a good counter balance!! What's next? I went out to Watauga Lake this afternoon to check in with friends and family still on the boat from Labor day week-end. Hey back to work!! Crush it, by Gary Vaynerchuck is my new favorite book. It is all about cashing in on your passion and how to do it via social media. That's right, what we are doing right now, social media.I listened to Vaynerchuck speak last month at the RE/MAX convention in Las Vegas.
