There are so many condos out here in the Tri-Cities. Many agents just don't want to mess with them. They are a lot of work and you really do need to know how to work them. Only half a dozen condo developments in this area are approved for FHA financing. That in itself makes condos a challenge. Are you up for the challenge? Only you know.
