Early information has confirmed that Faison, a development company has purchased somewhere around 60 acres of land in Huntersville. In researching the exact location I believe it to be off of Beaties Ford Road near Hambright Road and backing up to Sample Road in Huntersville. If this were true the plat of land purchased would start around Hambright Road near Hopewell High School, go behind the Beaties Ford Memorial Gardens and end backing right up to Sample Road.The Retreat at Latta Plantation will include around 70 3/4 acre lots at 130 feet wide.
