It has been eleven (11) years since I joined the sales staff at Meadowmont. I was the first sales person hired and spent two (2) years waiting for town approval before we could sell the first home. In June 1999 I sold the first home to be built for Duke and Phyllis Henthorne at 110 Weaver Mine Trail. The Henthornes moved in six (6) months later and still live in this beautiful cottage home.
