Simply put, intense desire to own a new home reduces the price substantially in today's market. It is only natural you say it cost too much. We are seeing buyers in Meadowmont today that are not willing to even make an offer because the seller might say I'll accept that offer. That leaves the buyer no room to move forward. The buyer then thinks he paid too much for that property. But if you really want this property and it has everything you have always wanted in a new home, you need to move quickly because the market is starting to change. … (2 comments)
