Oak Valley Ranch is in the far west side of Colorado Springs. It is located in areas referred to as Rockrimmon and / or Peregrine. If you like to hike, bike, watch wildlife or just walk the dog this is a great neighborhood, and it’s affordable. Oak Valley Ranch Park has a softball field, basketball courts, a play area and extra green space for soccer practice.
