executive pool home: Open House Kit

I am a new sales agent working with my husband, (he is a realtor with several years under his belt). We are calling ourselves, the "Cooke Team" or "Team Cooke", whichever sounds better at the time. We secured a listing last weekend and will be having an open house this weekend for an Executive Pool Home in Safety Harbor, Florida that is listed with some incentives for a quick sale.
