Appealing Adams County Colorado Property Taxes has never been easier!
The process can be completed online or by mail. This MUST be to the assessor by June 1, 2017.
To appeal the 2107 Real Property Valuation have your tax notice handy. This is called the NOV Notice Of Valuation.
Effective May 1, 2017 appeals for your property value can be completed using the on-line Appeal Process at https://assessor.adcogov.org/AdamsCountyNOVs/
Obtain sold comps for your area from January 1, 2015 through June 30, 2106 ONLY. The county looks back 18 months from the annual assessment time to determine the assessed value.
