Seattle Real Estate: Superbowl Sunday or not, the buyers were out in full force yesterday! I figured yesterday would be a loss as far as getting any traffic into the houses that our company held open, but wanted to give it a shot anyway. I have actually been quite successful in Greenwood recently! My last listing in Greenwood sold in just four days and was priced roughly $10k higher than the last sale in there. My seller and I were confident with our price, but then a week or two before we brought the listing on (while I was in the process of having it Staged) a neighbor came on the market for far less.
