building: What to you do with your land??

We have came across many sellers who don't know what to do with their land. As well as many real estate agents who price it wrong and can't move it. This area is no typical transaction. There are many things to consider. Financing, soils, slopes, sewer. I many cases it takes over a year to sell a piece of dirt, and that's just to get an offer!
