It has been said that to be good at something you must first be bad. So here I am willing to be bad as I practice the skills of getting a videos on to activerain. Just a short video. Practicing the skills of recording the video, uploading it to Youtube, embedding it here on Activerain. I am recording directly from my imac computer using imovie then up loading to Youtube. Anyone have suggestions tips, short cuts to consistantly Vloggin gon activerain?

Typically I don't hold open houses. We know that only about 5% of open homes sell because people came and saw them on and open house. But some home are just unique and hard to explain you just have to see it. The property below is one of those properties that is hard to image you need to see it. Investors might choose to live in the upstairs additional living space (with its own full bath & kitchenette) and rent out 2 to 4 of the main houses’ bedrooms to Biola University or Los Angeles College of Chiropractic students to offset the mortgage payment. That’s what the prior owner did. She did a whole house-makeover and then retired to enjoy life. She rented the larger upstairs bedroom and the 2 downstairs extended bedrooms –each with private entrance — to university students.
