At the beginning of this year, I was EXTREMELY pleased with Congress deciding to extend the Debt Relief Act of 2007 for another year. The funny thing is once it was passed I began to think, “Okay, now what will happen when it expires at the end of the year?” Members in the Real Estate Community have written letters, spoke to our Congressional Leaders throughout the year about extending the Act.
