My last post was in August of 2007. It hinted at a bright future for the Dallas-Fort Worth commercial real estate market. Things can change...and they have. Although much of the country is locked into the fear of doom and gloom as it relates to the economy, DFW has stayed somewhat insulated. Am I saying it's great times, NO, but it's not near as bad in the DFW area as it is in other parts of the U.S. Why? our values never got too out of line, never too high. Is the economy slowing?
