3,099 rentable square feet.  There are 4 very nice offices and a large open space.  And the loss-factor is very good.  I was surprised when I was told of the square footage because it definitely looks and feels larger.
The asking is $40 per square foot.  But as always, these prices are negotiable (Although it is a very good price).
The electric is $3.50/sf.
