Good Morning...Here is today's market update from the Think Big Work Small Guys.   Today the boys are focused on the Military and how you can become a VA expert; they also touch on the Department of Justice filing a law suit against MGIC for not fulfilling their obligations concerning Women and Maternity Leave.

Good Afternoon...Here is today's market update from the Think Big Work Small Guys.  Today the boys are discussing Qualified Residential Mortgages Under Fire do to the Dodd-Frank bill which would require 20% down or carrying 5% of the loan.  Also, 2 firms have to pay for Improper Military Foreclosures and not following H.R. 100 which protect serving military families.

Good Morning...Here is today's market update from the Think Big Work Small Guys.   This morning the boys talk about the possible come back of procecution of subprime lenders such as Morgage Lenders Network USA and American Home Lenders; these lenders have been paying a document storage company $16,000 a month to store 18,000 boxes of documents, which they now want to destroy without storing on a hard drive - The speculation is up to interpretation. military: HERE IS THE OATH? - 06/23/10 02:51 AM
I think we all agree the comments should never have been made by McCrystal and his staff.  Since there is so much talk about the sworn oath McCrystal took, I wanted to know what the oath states.  Does he take an oath to defend the Constitution and obey his Commander and Chief under all circumstances. Because I wanted to know before making any future opinions I looked it up. 
Officers take a slightly different oath than enlisted men; the oath for officers does not include "obey orders".
