As we march towards the end of the month it's high time I catch up with my market reports for August. Home sales were up in Iowa City and Coralville in August 2011 compared to 2010. Now it's time to look at North Liberty. The good news is that North Liberty also had a good month in August with home sales up by 26% compared to last year. 34 homes sold in North Liberty in August 2011 compared to 27 in 2010.
