Today I want to talk about and show you a small pocket of the Highlands Ranch real estate market in Westridge Pointe.  In fact - I am going to divide it out even further and just show you the far north west corner of Westridge Pointe - including the streets of High Cliffe Pl, the Hackberrys, the Golden Eagles and Painted Canyon.  This section of the neighborhood includes homes all built by Richmond American Homes and most were finished being built by 2001.

In this Denver suburban area - homes for sale inventory (single family homes) has risen form last month as has homes sold and even pending sales has slightly risen.  Condos and townhomes in the area are a bit more level as March - althgouh sales have increased slightly.  There are definitely still some areas and neighborhoods that are doing better than others and I suspect we will see this trend continue through the summer months ahead.

Homes sales across the Denver metro area have been a bit slow, but they could be worse.  There are areas that are doing better than others all over the place - and this area is no exception.
While lowered interest rates may have helped some that were tinkering with a moving decision, I don't think as a whole it had that much influence on homes sales overall in this part of Denver.

Highlands Ranch real estate and Lone Tree real estate - together in a market report.  Its an interesting comparison right now.  If I separated it out for you right now, Highlands Ranch would have better sales statistics numbers than Lone Tree homes sold.  Why?  Well, there is a number of reasons.  But for the sake of argument, I am going to keep them together for this post since they are lumped together by the Denver MLS.

Westridge Pointe, a neighborhood on the west side of Highlands Ranch has long been a desirable neighborhood.  With a great location for commuters all over the metro area, walking distance to the Westridge Recreation Center many more amenities and recreation options very close by - Westridge Pointe is definitely a neighborhood to consider if you are relocation to Highlands Ranch.  Schools are very nearby and the neighborhood itself is surrounded by 2 wonderful parks - Marcy Park & Redstone Park.  Redstone Park alone has a dog park, tennis courts, batting cages, skate park, sports fields, pond, playground an d much more.
