clients: Realtor's newsletters, do they work?

I am interested in finding out if other Realtors are using newsletters as part of their marking efforts and if it is working for you. How often do you send them out, who do you send them to..clients / prospect or both, use color or B & W. Have you received listings or closing due to your letter. Thanks … (0 comments)
