frigidaire consumer: Frigidaire Problems - Service Warning

This is a warning to anyone who is thinking about buying a Frigidaire appliance or anything sold/produced by Electrolux who owns the Frigidaire brand. Pass this along to your network of friends as an FYI.
We purchased all new Frigidaire Professional appliances for our kitchen remodel. We like the appliances but the poor service is something that everyone needs to be aware of. We had a problem with the ice maker in the lower freezer. Since we were within the first year, the repair was covered by Frigidaire.
We call for service and we receive an appointment with one of their THIRD PARTY … (5 comments)
