mill valley schools: Mill Valley CA Home Bargains

This recently built home in Mill Valley is for sale at an incredibly low price and it still isn't selling. I guess the biggest issue is there don't seem to be any real buyers in this price range right now, otherwise this home at this value would have been snatched up!
This home is currently listed at $1,895,000. It is ~4,000 sqft and has views of Richardfon Bay. I target fair value in a normal market for this home around $2m and all we are getting is $1.6m verbal offers. I am pretty sure the seller would make the trade at $1.75m … (1 comments)
