As promised in an early post I am letting you know the outcome of my attempts to stop a sheriff's sale with only a day left. It was not pretty, but with the lender doing everything possible to prevent me from submitting the offer that I had received I was able to coach the homeowner to escalate our request when all our other calls fell on deaf ears.
