With summer coming to an abrupt end what does the Oswego single family detached market look like compared to other communities? Currently we have 217 active single family detached homes available for sale.
Out of these 217, fifteen are "New" listings - on the market in the last 7 days, there are 26 price changes and only two reactivated listings (under contract but deal fell apart).
