realty: Getting quality leads from your websites?

In today's real estate world it appears that most realtors are using personal or company websites to showcase their property listings with photo's to attract more buyers, tenants and sellers. (This is a great tool, it's inexpensive to get a website, hosting, etc.) Also we all like to tell the world about our experience in real estate and our dedication we have to our clients. Furthermore, this has the potential to be just that, having the world know you are a professional realtor and a darn good one at that and also showing off all your listings!
