I don't know if it's just me or this is becoming a trend, but I am getting more inventory these last couple of weeks from both homeowners to short sale and the banks as REO's. Looks like homeowners are now buying into the short sale process and with the banks becoming more cooperative I see buyers more interested in sticking with them. Just got great news today as 3 short sale listings and offers were approved by the mortgagor in less than 74 days. This is the fastest I have gotten an approval to date and it was with one of the more difficult lenders out there that I am sure everyone has horror stories about, especially the last year. One significant bonus was becoming a CDPE agent as expressed by the loss mitigator.
