So many sellers are sitting on the sidelinces because it is generally thought, and I do understand why, that houses just aren't moving. As I said, I get this. We have had a long drawn out retraction and there are not alot of good stories being circulated. But I am here to say that there is light out there and things are moving. In just short period of time I have sold 3 Single Family Homes in North Smithfield. In two of the cases, the sellers were relocating out of the area to downsize.
