Real Estate Blue Light Special
If you you or someone you know is able to buy a home or has been thinking about it.  NOW IS THE TIME. Is this the best it is going to get no body knows that for sure, but it is arguably the best time there has been in a long time.  The inventory is just starting to come down which means there is a good chance that the prices will start to go up soon and money is cheap.  A few years ago we could have only dreamed of buying a house with a mortgage rate below 5% with no points. 
And who would have ever thought some you could qualify to get $8000 for just buying a home.
So This is why I am saying "Attention Real Estate shoppers there is a blue light special on homes in your area.  Contact your local Real Estate Professional to find out more details."
