Easley, SC Market Update for June 2009
There are currently 426 single family homes for sale in Easley, South Carolina.  Since January 1, 2009 201 homes have sold, with 79 currently under contract.
Price range of homes currently active:
Less than $100,000 - 47 homes
$100,001 - $200,000 - 169 homes
$200,001 - $300,000 - 111 homes
$300,001 - $400,000 - 55 homes
$400,001 and up - 44 homes
With this many homes for sale it is very improtant to have your home in showing condition and priced right from the beginning.  Having your home in top condition before it is put on the market will bring you a higher and quicker offer.  Fresh paint is one of the cheapest ways to help get your home in showing condition.  Anlther is to declutter your home.  Having a professional come in to help is very improtant.
