Middleton Hills Market Update May 2007
Things continue to hum along in Middleton Hills this spring.  Once again, I think it's safe to say that Middleton Hills is truly outperforming the real estate market in general.
As of today, there have been 8 homes sold in the neighborhood, there are 8 homes in the accepted offer/pending status (accepted offer put not yet closed) and only 14 homes on the MLS as active.
Average List Price of the 14 homes on the market is:  $541,840
Average Sold Price of the 8 sales is:  $552,887
