Selling My Home
Ok, so my condo has been on the market since Feb. I have kept my home in show ready condition. After starting to feel really discouraged that it wouldn't sell this year, I have 2 possible buyers. Now I am on pins and needles waiting to hear if they are going to write an offer. I know that the FHA condo loans will no longer be available starting Oct.1, 2009, so this is it. Either I sell this month or may have to wait til next year or at least until FHA does condo loans again. I know that condo buyers are now scrambling to buy before the deadline. Here in Summit County Ohio, conventional loans for condos must have 10% down and that will really slow the condo market down here.
