The Clintonville Beechwold area is on the north side of the City of Columbus, south of Worthington.  The Clintonville area is in the Columbus City School District.

The graph shows the inventory of homes in the MLS area that contains Beechwold, Chaseland, Zooland, Salem Village and other northside neighborhoods as well as Clintonville.  The MLS (multiple listing service of the Columbus Board of REALTORS® ) area is east of the Olentangy River  West of 71, south of the Worthington line... the south border of the MLS area is harder for me to distinguish....there must be one, it is north of OSU.  Clintonville and Beechwold homes would be the vast majority of the sales in the MLS area.
