I love the point Maureen Henry made in her Meat and Potatoes blog.  Too often agents and homeowners only think of staging when the property is vacant or after it has sat on the market for awhile.  It can't be said enough - Every home, especially occupied homes, will benefit from home staging.  I've written about this before and will continue to try to educate agents and sellers alike - Home staging is NOT expensive and it DOES make a difference.  So here's to you Maureen - a few photos of average, everyday homes, staged to look better than they did before!  Spread the word!
