Today, make believe you are thinking of relocating, buying real estate in another state five states away. Do a real estate search for property and what comes up? How are agents and real estate brokers in that area showcasing their property?
     What is different about the approach...how the real estate herd in that area operates? What is the "feel" of the marketing and do you see the agent, the area being promoted too or just the sticks and bricks.
     Finding another area on line to do a tour, to see an entirely different way to market or surprisingly a similiar approach is how you learn, growth and develop creativity to make you unique, to stand out or do a more successful job of listing, marketing, selling real estate.
