Corcoran Launches New iPhone App
For the first time, iPhone and iTouch users will be able to find Corcoran homes for sale or rent in Manhattan & Brooklyn, as well as finding open houses near them right now, all for FREE.
 

 
What the App Does
In the same way that consumer's can search by price range, bedrooms and bathrooms on corcoran.com, iPhone app users will now be able to search for homes without having to be at their computer.
You can browse or search for Corcoran properties in New York, Long Island’s East End and South Florida, and get detailed directions to each listing using the iPhone's built-in Google maps service.


 
 
Once you find a listing you love, you can call the agent directly from within the app, see full screen photos and descriptions, or, even get detailed information on things to do in the neighborhood with the exclusive built-in neighborhood information from BlackBook magazine.
How to Get the App
To download the new app, just visit corcoran.com/iphone and click the download button, or find it in the Apple iTunes store by searching for Corcoran.
