Another Happy Newowner - Ranch Condo Woodstock Ga
Just closed on the sale of another Woodstock home.  The buyer is thrilled with her new home and can not wait to move in.  The home is located in a wonderful ranch condo community off Highway 92.  The seller was terrific to work with - they left all the window treatments and a very clean home. 
One of the reason the purchaser choose this area to relocate to was the tax exemption for Senior citizens.  Additionally, the neighborhood was convenient to shopping, friends, and work.  Purchaser and loan officer stayed in constant communication during the loan process so when interest rates went below 5%  the purchaser quickly elected to lock in the 4.85% rate.  So convenient location, great interest rates, and larger home make this another satisfied homebuyer.
