Can I Short Sell my home?
 
Take the time to learn about Short Selling your home, before you foreclose.
You do still have rights!
When the notice came to Mr. and Mrs. Seller.
Saying that the payment has not been made and they may want to weigh their options.
They didn't put the notice aside.
In reading the packet, there was a small area telling them to find a Realtor, to discuss their short sale options. Upon reading this, they realized calling on a professional that sells homes would be a good option. Once I received the call, I got their information, did my research and made the appointment.
My client has been in the loop from start to finish. Making the transaction as easy on them as I could.
The thought of moving on without foreclosure looming over your credit, can give you the strength to continue to strive.
