Dartmouth MA Single Family Homes Market Activity Report - Year to Date (11/30/2009)
There were 181 Dartmouth MA real estate homes sold YTD in 2009, with an average sales price of $311,427 and an average days on market (DOM) of 161. The selling range was a low of $70,000 and a high of $2,325,000. As of November 30, there were 114 homes active on the market with an average list price of $707,304, and an average DOM of 157.  There were 12 homes under contract with an average price of $295,558 and an average DOM of 124.

The number of homes sold increased since 2008 from 157 to 181 units.
