Christmas Gratitude
Today I am thinking only of the positive aspects of my career as a Real Estate professional, and feeling very grateful for the many people I have met as a result. Some of the best parties I have been to this season have been in the homes of former clients. My husband and I are about to go to the home of clients who bought a fixer Queen Anne and have had endless challenges in the process, but they still love their home. They've invited us to share their Christmas supper, along with another client of mine and her new partner, and their newer still puppy! This is now my extended family, for which I am very grateful.
We are about to be treated to an organic ham, smashed potatoes, sweet potatoe frites, veggies, breads, apple pie and for me the real treat: home made mince meat that's been aging since before Thanksgiving.
May all of us in this industry have the good fortune of clients who become friends, and give us the gift of sharing in their holiday celebrations.
