Are Your Gears Greased Up For 2010? What Will You Be Doing Differently?
Each January a lot of blogs come out discussing things how to get motivated for the new year in the real estate profession. Reading these is enjoyable and in most cases can be pretty motivational. In fact they really do motivate and inspire me. So I guess this is my rudimentary attempt at trying to motivate myself as much as others.
2009 was a learning experiencefor many of us in real estate. Professionals in some areas of the country "learned " themselves out of a job. Other areas showed signs of some recovery from severe real estate market condition, and agents in even other areas found themselves just beginning a down turn. And still a select few other areas didn't really have anything more than a " bump" .  But one thing is for certain.
We will all be doing business different from now on . This is no longer your grand dad's world.
So in deciding how to insure a good next year in the business, I believe that it is important to stay motivated , focus on the future, and resolve to do things better,  with more efficiency and without delay.  And with  a committed willingness to increase social networking and computer skills .
