How Long Have You Been........In Real Estate? This is a question I guarantee we all have been asked many many times over the years. It is a great question and I totally understand why people ask it. People want to know they are dealing with someone who is aware of what they are doing....no matter what it is! My brother has a sales training company and travels all over the country with one of his main topics being constantly trying to better yourself through education that is relevant to your industry.
So ask yourself this one question........have you been in real estate the totally number of years you've had your license....or have you been in it only ONE YEAR that many times?
I'm trying to show you that most people in most fields stop trying to learn anything after the first year....they know it all after that one short time frame. A good example is the number of agents that are on AR....You don't do things like this if you are stuck in the mud and think you know everything. This is just one of the many things that we do everyday to hopefully make us different!
