Haywood County, NC - Maggie Valley, Waynesville - Active Listings vs. What is REALLY Selling.

Most active listings in Haywood County NC 'appear to be' overpriced (in denial), and translate to an absorption rate of 27.31 months and an average time to sell a house of 259 days. Sales as of 12/29/09 had an average selling price of $203,381 …. (see red numbers in chart). Canton has the lowest average listing price and the lowest number (significantly) of days on market.
