2) 2-Way Interaction with clients - Must be able to create an open dialogue and easy forum for clients to interact with you when they have questions or inquiries.
 
3) Ability to keep you and your agents ACCOUNTABLE. Must be able to generate reports and trackable goals. What was sent to clients, (listings, market info) how often are you or your team members communicating with clients etc ...
4) Automated Home Searches Must allow you to set up automatic Listing Alerts for your clients - VERY UNDERUSED by agents who are too lazy to set these alerts up, but VERY VALUABLE to the client, and keeps you in front of them on a daily or weekly basis. Sure it takes a few moments to set up for each client, but once its done, it's automated and keeps working and sending listings to your client without any work from you !
