When was the last time you played Hangman?!

Yesterday, I wrote about a 12-hour power outage we experienced here in southern Utah. All schools were closed due to the Martin Luther King holiday and I planned to spend the day at home with my sons...and then the power went out...
How do you entertain 2 teens without televison, x-box, internet service?! I was at a loss for ideas when my youngest son suggested Hangman!
Needless, to say, we spent the afternoon playing Hangman. I had forgotten how much fun it was and I loved the time I was able to spend with my boys.
This, to me was the perfect way to wait out the power outage, hearing them laugh and watching them come up with some creative words! I had time to reflect on how lucky and blessed I truly am to have such a great family.
