March 10, Atalaya's 3-in-1 Day March 10th, the mutual birthday and wedding anniversary of Archer and Anna Hyatt Huntington, is celebrated with a special event including "wedding" cake and refreshments, at their former winter home. Atalaya is a National Historic Landmark and this event is a fundraiser for the Friends of Huntington Beach State Park. Tickets $10/person. Space is limited. Also in March at Huntington State Park: South Strand Wildlife & History Day Visit Huntington Beach State Park for a day of natural and cultural history. Displays, tours and hands-on activities will be set up in the Atalaya courtyard throughout the day.
