Keep Your Kitchen in Top Condition
The kitchen is one room in the house that can make or break a sale. There are many components to a kitchen and it is important to keep them in top operating condition. A qualified property inspector will inspect the various components of the kitchen as part of a general home inspection.
The kitchen sink is an important part of the inspection. The inspector will check for leaks around the handles and spout of the faucet, for good flow of water from the spout and that the faucet isn't leaking under the sink. The inspector will also check if the sink is in good condition and securely attached, if it drains reasonably fast without gurgling and if the kitchen counter, cabinets and floor are in good condition.
The inspector will inspect the kitchen electrical system and also the kitchen appliances, including the garbage disposal, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and more.
