 I personally preview every listing in this area so that when buyers are looking for homes with certain features I know right away what might work well for them.   Because I see so many of the listings in the area I can also help sellers understand why one home might have commanded more than another.  While we can look at many, many pictures of homes on line there is nothing like being physically present in a house to understand how it will work as someone's home.

5209 Sangamore Road - $649,000 I have been previewing a lot of Bethesda homes for sale this week.  This house had gone under contract quickly when it first came on but the buyer backed out - sounds like cold feet.
Too bad.  This house is adorable and in great shape and will be a terrific house for someone who doesn't need a ton of space but wants what this area has to offer especially at such a good price.  I don't expect it will last long...
