Strategic Defaults- Homeowners! Choose Strategic Short Sale Instead Of Walking Away!
After the airing of 60 Minutes there is a lot of talk about how many people that are walking away from their homes. 
If you are thinking about doing this or a short sale, be sure to see an Attorney and your tax advisor first, so you can have a full understanding of the Alabama Law.
