Can anyone please tell me who this very "Famous" person is?

 
 This person in this photo above is very "Famous" within the Sci-fi sector and has been on every talk show in the country besides Opra. He was scheduled to be on Opra's Show but after being on the Heraldo show only hours before Opra didn't want him to appear because back then Heraldo show was one of Opra's competitors.
 This man has spoken at lectures across the United States ever year from Roswell to Rachel (Area 51), Phoenix, Portland, Lauphlin, Las Vegas, Chicago and any other city that has any connections with UFO organizations, etc.
 This man has also traveled the world from Italy to Australia, Japan, Europe, Germany and more speaking about UFO activity and so much more on life on other planets.
 This man knows Scientist's across the world that study UFOs, flying aircraft and other solar & space technology.
 This man has wrote a very "Famous" book called "Fire in the Sky" which later was made into a movie that stared many famous actors including himself.
 Over the years this man has become a very good friend of mine and I this he is the "Real Deal" and there is nothing (Fake) about this man.
